Upcoming events impacted by precautions taken for the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

If you have tickets to an event that is marked "Paused/Suspended - Possibly Rescheduled", hang tight as we await more information. If rescheduled, tickets will be valid to the new date. There will be options for credits or refunds if you can't attend the new date.

If you have tickets to an event that has been "Canceled", or to an event which will occur "Without Fans/Audience", you will receive a credit to a future event or be refunded.

If you have tickets to an event that is "Currently As Planned" and would like to request a refund, please email support@spinzo.com and include your Order ID along with the reason for the request. We will respond as fast as we can.
